Responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in providing technical support, resolving complex issues, and driving customer success. Your responsibilities include:
- Offering in-depth technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Service Marketing, Field Service, Power Pages, and Project Operations.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues using debugging tools and root cause analysis.
- Managing escalations and collaborating with Microsoft teams to resolve critical issues efficiently.
- Acting as a Microsoft ambassador, driving customer success and advocating for product improvements.
- Creating technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, blogs, and training materials.
- Mentoring junior team members and conducting training sessions to share expertise.
Required Qualifications
✔ 4–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
✔ Expertise in CRM functional modules, including Sales, Service Marketing, Field Service, and Power Pages.
✔ Strong knowledge of Security Roles, Field Service Module, Project Operations, Omnichannel Plugins, and JavaScript.
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to create technical documentation and conduct training sessions.
✔ Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills.
✔ Passion for lifelong learning and career growth.
Preferred Qualifications
✅ 2+ years in a customer-facing role within an international environment.
✅ Experience with Microsoft Cloud products or other Cloud Management Systems.
✅ Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, MCTS).
