About the Role

As a BTS – PCS FSO Assistant Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and advanced analysts, ensuring high-quality client service delivery. This role involves U.S. individual, trust, and partnership tax returns while driving process improvements and managing key engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Manage Teams: Oversee a team to ensure seamless tax return production.
Tax Compliance & Review: Work on U.S. tax returns (individual, trust, and partnership) with deep technical expertise.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and coach team members to create a high-performing work environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in finance, taxation, or related roles.
Certifications (Preferred): EA, CPA, or equivalent.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws, compliance, and financial analysis.
Soft Skills: Effective communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
