Role Summary:

As part of Pratt & Whitney’s Digital Technology – Program Execution Office, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will play a crucial role in:
✅ Developing & implementing CRM solutions to support business operations
✅ Partnering with customers to deliver packaged & custom-developed solutions
✅ Designing infrastructure & system specifications using architecture diagrams
✅ Managing digital technology projects for infrastructure optimization

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT with 5+ years of CRM Development experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree)
✔ Expertise in JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET
✔ Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerPlatform, SQL, SharePoint Online
✔ Knowledge of DevOps, Jira, GitHub, CRM SDK, web APIs
✔ ETL tool experience (SSIS, KingswaySoft) for data migration
✔ Power BI or other data visualization tools
